This educational activity demonstrates how multidisciplinary and interprofessional care coordination can improve early diagnosis and ongoing monitoring of patients with DMD. Discussion includes gene therapy clinical trial endpoints with a focus toward real world application, and how to incorporate patient/caregiver perspectives into shared decision making for management of DMD.
