The France Foundation Shares a Collaborative Approach at the 2026 ACEHP Conference

Members of The France Foundation (TFF) will be traveling to Atlanta, Georgia, to take part in the 50th Alliance Annual Conference and share insights from a real-world initiative implemented with the Weitzman Institute at Federally Qualified Health Centers. On Thursday, February 19, at 9:30 AM in the Courtland room, we invite you to join us for The Power of We: A Learning Collaborative Approach to Quality Improvementwhich will explore how continuing education (CE) and quality improvement (QI) can work together to support measurable change, particularly in community-based care settings. As longtime contributors to the CE community, we’re proud to once again share our work with peers and be part of a conference that has spent five decades advancing the science and practice of accredited education.

Presented by TFF’s Jas Chahal, PhD, and co-presented by TFF’s Ailene Cantelmi and the Weitzman Institute’s Rosemary Motz, MPH, MA, RDN, this presentation highlights a dual-component educational model that paired a learning collaborative with longitudinal education. Designed to address the ever-changing challenges in coordinated care, this approach emphasized shared learning, practical tools, and sustained engagement over time, resulting in changes to clinical processes and practice. Attendees will gain insight into how QI methodologies can be intentionally integrated into CE to move beyond knowledge transfer and toward practice change.

Walk with us through the structure of the initiative, the tools used to support participating health care teams, and the outcomes framework developed to capture impact. You’ll leave the session knowing how to apply QI methods and tools to influence clinical improvement and integrate QI into educational design. Developing outcomes plans that support meaningful reporting and continuous improvement has always been a top priority at TFF, and now we’re imparting our experience onto you.

We’re honored to contribute to this landmark conference and engage in dialogue with colleagues who are shaping the future of healthcare continuing education. TFF’s ongoing commitment to learner-centered education, innovation, and data-informed decision-making aligns closely with the Alliance’s mission and the spirit of its anniversary. We look forward to connecting, learning together, and celebrating 50 years of progress in continuing education.
