TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience for this educational activity is radiologists who are responsible for the diagnosis and ongoing surveillance of patients with ILD.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This activity is designed to empower radiologists. It focuses on enhancing knowledge and clinical confidence in identifying and managing fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs), including IPF, PPF, and SARD-ILD. Radiologists will gain practical insights into the latest HRCT best practices for early diagnosis and monitoring, aligned with updated guidelines. The activity also highlights the radiologist’s essential role in multidisciplinary care, offering tools to elevate their impact on patient outcomes and collaborative decision-making.

Upon completion of this activity, the learners should be able to:

• Identify the prevalence and overall burden of disease for various fibrosing ILDs, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF)
• Summarize the recommendations from updated guidelines regarding the optimal use of HRCT for the early diagnosis and ongoing monitoring of patients with fibrosing ILDs
• Describe the optimal role of the radiologist in the multidisciplinary management of patients with fibrosing ILDs
