CME Information
This educational activity is intended for neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, pediatricians, geneticists, genetic counselors, physical and occupational therapists, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and other members of the health care team who care for patients with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy (LGMD).
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The goal of this initiative is to address knowledge and competence gaps related to LGMD, specifically increasing awareness of existing genetic testing programs and available specialized care, achieving diagnosis earlier in the disease course, and evaluating ongoing clinical research for gene therapy as a potential treatment option.
An EXPLORE™ eLearning Module is an online educational program that has been uniquely designed by The France Foundation to allow for self-directed learning in a non-linear fashion, consisting of highly interactive elements, multimedia formats, and practical application tools, all developed in a micro-learning strategy.

METHOD OF PARTICIPATION/HOW TO RECEIVE CREDIT
There are no fees for participating and receiving credit for this activity. Successful completion is achieved by reviewing the CE information, completing the activity, and completing the posttest and evaluation form. A score of at least 75% on the posttest is required to successfully complete this activity. The participant may take the test until successfully passed.
