TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational initiative is intended to meet the needs of neurologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, rehabilitation professionals, case managers, mental health professionals, social workers and others involved in the management of patients with MS.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) and Nurse Practitioner Alternatives (NPA) in collaboration with The France Foundation. The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

PHYSICIANS
The CMSC designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

NURSES
Nurse Practitioner Alternatives (NPA) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
NPA designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 0.5 Continuing Nursing Education Credits.
