This activity has been planned in accordance with the need to provide nephrologists with education in secondary hyperparathyroidism.

Educational Activity Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the participants should be able to:
  • Describe and manage the treatment-related side effects of phosphate binders
  • Describe and manage the treatment-related side effects of vitamin D
  • Describe and manage the treatment-related side effects of cinacalcet
Target Audience
The target audience for this activity is nephrologists.
